1. Acceptance of terms

By using Buyback Tracker (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Buyback Tracker shows stock repurchase data for informational purposes only. The figures come from public SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reports) and, where shown, end-of-day prices from a licensed data provider.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, trading or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

• We are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers.
• Past results do not guarantee future results.
• Consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
• All investing involves risk, including loss of principal.

4. Data accuracy

We compute every figure from what companies file, and link each one to its source filing. Filings can be restated, companies tag data inconsistently, and our calculations can be wrong. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete or current. Check the linked filing before relying on any number. See the methodology for how each figure is built.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the Service;
• republish our compiled data or analysis without attribution to Buyback Tracker.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, code and compiled analysis belong to 1232216 B.C. Ltd.. The underlying financial data comes from public SEC filings. Price data is provided by Databento and is subject to its terms.

7. Third-party links

The Service links to SEC.gov and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1232216 B.C. Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1232216 B.C. Ltd. from claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or harms others.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Copyright and DMCA

Buyback Tracker is operated by 1232216 B.C. Ltd.. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of someone authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; (3) identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is on the Service, such as its URL; (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.
